| How to Share a Printer |
|
1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Printers and Other Hardware, and then click View installed printers or fax printers.
2. If you are using Classic view in Control Panel, double-click Printers and Faxes.
3. Right-click the printer, and then click Sharing.
4. If you have already shared a folder or a drive, printer sharing is already activated. The next two windows do not appear. Otherwise you must first enable remote access. To do so, click the Security warning message, click Just enable printer sharing, and then click OK.
5. You can now share the printer. Click Share this printer, type a share name, and then click OK.
6. Click OK.
7. The printer is now shared.

1. To add a printer, follow these steps:

1. Press Windows Key + R and type services.msc and hit Enter to open services. 2. Look for print spooler services and right-click the Print Spooler service, and then click Properties. 3. | Outlook pst doesn’t load. |

1 Close Outlook, then close all the other programs, and reboot the PC.
2 Go to www.pstscanner.com download Flash PST Scanner
3 Run PST Scanner setup and wait till it will complete PST Scan and restart PC. (Sometimes it will take more than 12 to 15 hours of time).
NOTE: If it still does not work, follow below instructions:
4 Go to the control panel -> Add and remove features.
5 Remove Microsoft office completely and restart PC.

1. Press Windows Key + R bouth and put inetcpl.cpl and hit Enter to open Internet Properties.
2 In the Internet Properties window, switch to Security tab, now click to Custom level option as shown below.
3 Moving on, in the Security Settings – Internet Zone window so appeared, scroll down to look for option Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows. Since you’re facing the issue and getting pop-up repeatedly, you’ll find this option set to enable. So restore it to Disable, which is default setting.
4 Finally click OK and then OK followed by Apply for the step 2 window. Now do a reboot that should fix the issue

| Winsock Reset in Windows 10? |
|
1.Click the Search icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen and type "cmd" into the search bar.
2.You'll see the Command Prompt app as the best match at the top of the list. Right-click on it and select Run as administrator.
3.A black box with a flashing cursor will open; this is the Command Prompt. Type “netsh winsock reset” and then hit the Enter key on your keyboard.
4.Wait for the Command Prompt to run through the reset. Once it’s complete, you’ll see the message “Winsock reset completed successfully”.
5.Restart your computer to finish.

1Press Windows Key + R combination and put regedit and hit Enter to open computer Registry.
2 Navigate to the following location:-

3 In the left panel, you will see Enabled. If you see the entry 0, it means that the Windows Script Host access is disabled on your Windows machine.
4 Double Click on it and give it Value Data 1 to enable it.
5 A value of 1 will enable Windows Script Host
6 A value of 0 will disable Windows Script Host.
7 Click on OK and exit the Registry. If you don’t see this entry, then you may need to create it, as it does not exist by default in Windows.

1 Win+R in combination to open the Run dialog. In the box, type powercfg.cpl and press Enter.
2 Now, in the Power Option window that opens up, click ‘Choose what closing the lid does’ link from the left side panel.
3 Choose what you want your laptop to do, when it’s running on battery and when it’s plugged in. For instance, under Power button and lid settings section you can find ‘When I Close the Lid’ option. Adjacent to it you can find options to help you define power button or lid settings.
4 You can choose from Do Nothing, Sleep, Shutdown and Hibernate.
5 You should choose Shut down if you want to shut down Windows as soon as you close the lid. Select the desired option and click save changes to save the settings.

| Error: Access Is Denied error with Local Services on Local Computer |

1 Press Windows Key + R combination, type Regedt32.exe in the Run dialog box and hit Enter to open the Registry
2 Navigate to the following location:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wcncsvc
3 In the left pane of this location, right click over the wcncsvc key and select Permissions. In the Permissions window, highlight the entry Administrators.
4 Make sure you have the Full control option checked as far as Permissions is concerned. Ensure same with Users entry as well. Click Apply followed by OK when down in both cases. Finally, close the Registry Editor and reboot the system. You should now be able to start local services without any hitch.

| Fake antivirus (antivirus Security Pro) |

1 First of all restart computer on safe mode with networking by using function key F8 on system start up.
2 Once PC will start on safe mode with networking
3 The first step we need to do is; if there is a shortcut for Antivirus Security Pro on customer’s PC. Go to the Properties of that icon and remove all associate file with this fake program.
4 Now download Rkill removal tool from www.bleepingcomputer.com and run it. It will remove all associate files with this fake program.
5After that download Combo fix tool from the same website and run it. It may take 15 to 20 minutes for finish its process (In between you may lose the remote control so don’t be afraid, it will come back once it will be done.)
6 Finally you may run PC clean up and malware scan and restart PC on normal mode. That Fake program will be gone from computer.
